The 2025-2026 forms have been deactivated now that the April 1 catalog deadline has passed. 

    • The forms have been deactivated so the 2026-2027 catalog can be updated and integrated with the 2026-2027 Proposal Forms.
    • 2026-27 Proposal Forms will be available in early May.
    • Existing 2025-2026 Curriculum Proposals already launched will continue through the approval process.

    New for 2026-2027 Curriculum Proposals:

    • The ‘Course Revision Proposal’ will be separated into Undergraduate Course Revision Proposal and Graduate Course Revision Proposal.
    • The ‘New Course Proposal’ will be separated into Undergraduate New Course Proposal and Graduate New Course Proposal.
